You acknowledge and agree that eUSD may disclose your information (whether individual or corporate) to third-party service providers for the purpose of KYC verification. Failure to provide the required KYC/AML documents or meet verification requirements may result in restrictions, suspension, or termination of your account.

8. Representations and Warranties

You represent that you will not use eUSD services:

  2. In violation of trade sanctions.

9. Force Majeure

eUSD is not liable for service disruptions due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, wars, government actions, or cyberattacks.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

11. Limitation of Liability

eUSD is not liable for:

  1. Business losses, lost profits, or revenue loss.

  4. Any claims exceeding the fees paid by the user in the past three months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify eUSD against any claims, losses, damages, and expenses resulting from:

13. Account Suspension & Termination

eUSD may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  2. Fraudulent activities.
  3. Security concerns or regulatory non-compliance.
  4. Prolonged account inactivity.

If a breach of these Terms is identified, eUSD reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred and take appropriate action. Failure to comply may result in:

  1. Immediate, temporary, or permanent suspension or termination of your right to use the eUSD Website, products, or services.
  2. Issuance of a formal warning.
  3. Legal proceedings to seek reimbursement for all costs incurred as a result of the breach, including but not limited to reasonable administrative and legal fees.
  4. Further legal action as deemed necessary.
  5. Disclosure of relevant information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required or deemed appropriate.

The above actions are not exhaustive, and eUSD reserves the right to take any other measures it reasonably deems necessary to protect its interests, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these Terms.

14. Refunds & Dispute Resolution

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original transaction and will be processed at our discretion, provided that the transaction was not used for unlawful activities or in violation of these Terms.

Chargebacks may lead to account suspension and legal action.

Disputes must first be addressed with customer support; unresolved disputes are subject to arbitration in Hong Kong.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Hong Kong courts unless otherwise required by law.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and eUSD, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
